中国企业联合会在日前于北京举行的“自主创新与企业发展高层座谈会”上发布了“中国企业500强科技自主创新问卷调查分析报告”,调查报告显示,七大因素制约我国企业自主创新: 一是我国企业在国家创新体系中的主体地位不突出;二是激励制约机制不完善、高素质技术人才缺乏、创新意识缺乏,这是阻碍企业进行科技自主创新的主要内因;三是缺乏创新的社会氛围和技术市场不健全,这是阻碍企业科技自主创新的主要外因;四是企业科技自主创新相关的政策环境不完善;五是近半数企业遭遇知识产权纠纷;六是产学研缺乏沟通;七是我国技术创新服务体系不健全、服务能力有限。
China Enterprise Confederation released the “Report on the Top 500 Scientific and Technological Innovation Questionnaires of Chinese Enterprises” published in the “High-level Symposium on Independent Innovation and Enterprise Development” held in Beijing recently. The survey report shows that the seven major factors restrict the independent innovation of China’s enterprises: First, the dominant position of Chinese enterprises in the national innovation system is not prominent. Second, the incentive and restriction mechanism is imperfect. The lack of high-quality technical personnel and the lack of innovative awareness are the main internal factors that hinder enterprises from carrying out independent innovation in science and technology. Third, there is a lack of innovation Social atmosphere and technology market is not perfect, which is hindered the independent innovation of science and technology of the main external factors; Fourth, technological innovation related enterprise policy environment is not perfect; Fifth, nearly half of the enterprises suffered intellectual property disputes; Sixth, lack of communication between production and research; China’s technological innovation service system is not perfect, limited service capabilities.
