目的探讨2型糖尿病(2DM)和相伴脂肪肝2DM 与血脂和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的相互关系。方法检测分析我院2004-06至2006-07已收治相伴脂肪肝2DM,单纯2DM 和正常健康查体3组受验者血糖、血脂和 GSH-Px 测定参数值。结果已发现相伴脂肪肝2DM 患者的 BMI、FAT、TG 和 LDL 明显高于单纯2DM 患者和正常健康的对照组,同时还检测 GSH-Px 在3组受验者中仍存在显著差异,而且与受验者年龄和TG 呈负相关,与 BMI、LDL 和 HDL 呈正相关。结论认为血脂、BMI、FAT 是产生相伴脂肪肝2DM 的重要致病因素,单纯2DM 患者的抗氧化酶 GSH-Px 活性值下降,相伴脂肪肝2DM 患者的抗氧化酶 GSH-Px 活性值降低不明显,很可能与肝脏脂质代偿功能有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus (2DM) and complication of fatty liver 2DM and serum lipids and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px). Methods Detection and analysis of blood glucose, blood lipid and GSH-Px parameters in patients with fatty liver 2DM, simple 2DM and normal healthy physical examination from 2004-06 to 2006-07 in our hospital. Results The BMI, FAT, TG, and LDL in patients with fatty liver 2DM were found to be significantly higher than those in patients with 2DM alone and in normal controls, and GSH-Px was still significantly different among the 3 subjects Age of subjects was negatively correlated with TG and positively correlated with BMI, LDL and HDL. Conclusions: Serum lipids, BMI and FAT are the important risk factors of 2DM associated with fatty liver. The activity of GSH-Px in 2DM patients is decreased, while the activity of GSH-Px in 2DM patients with fatty liver is not significantly reduced , May be related to liver lipid compensation function.
