随着小学教育不断的发展更新,学校的教育水平也备受关注。小学生教学的管理质量直接影响到学生日后的发展,良好的教学管理能够提升学生的自我认知能力。人本主义理论在教学管理中的应用能可以促进学生思想感官的发展,但在小学教育教学管理中学生的自我创新受到阻碍,教学管理中的人本主义没有得到充分的应用。本文就人本主义理论在教育教学中的应用存在的问题,针对此问题提出的策略及探究。
