本文结合笔者多年工作经历,发现有很多民用住宅属砖混结构在不同程度上出现了屋顶下顶层墙体裂缝,这些裂缝都有一个共同特点,即由于室外温度变化或材料收缩、钢筋混凝土屋盖与砖砌体线膨胀系数和收缩率的不同,它们将产生各自不同的变形,结果必然引起彼此的制约作用而产生应力,产生温度裂缝。本文将对温度裂缝的形式、产生温度裂缝原因、影响顶层墙体裂缝的主要因素、预防顶层墙体开裂的主要设计与施工技术措施、裂缝的修补加固等几个方面进行了探讨。
