目的:了解新疆乌鲁木齐地区APDI值在错畸形患者中有无性别、分布情况差异。方法:测量符合标准的211张头颅侧位X线片,按APDI值正常值和一个标准差分为过小、正常、过大组,进行性别、人数分布分析。结果:各组中APDI值无性别差异,人数分布有显著差异。根据APDI值分析,安氏一类错中APDI值正常组(54.8%)>过小组(27.4%)>过大组(17.8%);安氏二类错为过小组(56.5%)>正常组(31.9%)>过大组(11.6%);安氏三类错为过大组(53.6%)>正常组(40.6%)>过小组(5.8%)。新疆乌鲁木齐地区与合肥地区APDI值分布在安氏一类与三类错中无统计学差异(P>0.05),在安氏二类错中,APDI值分布有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:新疆乌鲁木齐地区错患者APDI值无性别差异,安氏分类各组人数分布有显著差异。
Objective: To find out whether the APDI value in Urumqi, Xinjiang, with or without gender, distribution differences. Methods: A total of 211 cranial X-ray films were collected. According to the normal value of APDI and one standard deviation, they were too small, normal and too large for gender and population distribution analysis. Results: There was no significant difference in APDI between the groups. According to the APDI value analysis, the APDI value of normal group (54.8%) in Class A malocclusion group (27.4%) was too large (17.8%); Class II malocclusion group was in excess of group (56.5%)> In the normal group (31.9%)> over the large group (11.6%), the Class III malocclusion was oversized (53.6%)> normal (40.6%)> overdose (5.8%). There was no significant difference in the distribution of APDI value between Urumchi and Hefei in Xinjiang (P> 0.05) and in Class II malformation (P <0.05) ). Conclusion: The APDI value of patients with malocclusion in Urumqi, Xinjiang has no gender difference.
