随着经济社会的快速发展,在我国社会主义现代化建设中起到重要作用的电力行业也迎来了巨大的发展机遇。面对严峻的生存形势,电力企业必须进行卓有成效的人力资源管理,才能在市场经济的大潮中生存下去。本文以人力资源管理绩效评价的内涵为出发点,通过思考分析力资源管理绩效评价现状,提出电力企业人力资源管理绩效评价的改进策略,以期为相关领域的研究做出贡献。
With the rapid economic and social development, the power industry, which plays an important role in the socialist modernization drive in our country, also ushers in tremendous opportunities for development. Facing the severe survival situation, power enterprises must carry out effective human resources management to survive the tide of market economy. Based on the connotation of human resource management performance evaluation, this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of human resource management performance evaluation through thinking and analysis of current status of resource management performance evaluation, in order to contribute to the research in related fields.
