人活在世上,难免生气,因为它是人的心理状态之一。所谓生气,即当想法与实际有差距或差距甚大时不同程度显现出来的不快活情绪,也称为负性心理反应。因此,生气无论从精神或肉体方面都对人有损害,所以,理应尽量避免。但从另一角度,生气也如同疼痛或发烧等一样,同属于人的一种保护性机制。即通过引发生气来告诉你积累经验,以后如何努力回避,一旦再度遭遇该怎样对付。所以,生气实际上也是人的正常心理反应之一。只不过是鉴于生气对身体的损害需努力寻求万一生气之时咋缓解而已。现将可试用的缓解途径介绍如下:
