随经济的迅猛发展,人们对生活质量的要求愈来愈高,消费者不再为温饱而发愁,而是更加注重精神上的享受,营养膳食的搭配,追求新鲜刺激的吃法。本文通过对重庆主题餐厅行业经营现状进行问卷调查,并对其经营现状和顾客的消费需要所存在的问题进行分析:来探索重庆主题餐厅发展策略及解决现状的方法,从而拓展主题餐厅的经营模式和改善现目前经营过程中所存在的问题。
