一、引言 对任何一种商品来说,其生产函数是特定时期内所用的各种投入要素的数量与该商品的最大产出量之间的关系。也就是说,生产函数表达的是生产在理想经济状态下最佳的投入产出关系。但是,实际的生产过程并不全是在最优状态下进行的,直接用实际的产出值与投入要素进行生产函数的常规拟合不符合生产函数的运用条件,所得到的生产函数也只能反映特定条件下的资源配置水平和平均意义下的技术关系。我们把这种生产函数称之为统计生产函数,而把原始意义下的生产函数称为前沿生产函数。
