为了解血清铁蛋白(Sero—ferritin,简称SF)在甲状腺良、恶性肿瘤患者术前诊断的价值,采用上海化学试剂研究所生产的SF放射免疫分析药盒,对本院54例住院甲状腺肿瘤患者的血清铁蛋白水平进行检测。其中术前51例,甲状腺癌术后3例。年龄14岁~78岁,平均44岁。男15例,女39例。甲状腺恶性肿瘤22例,临床分期Ⅱ期3例,Ⅲ期7例,Ⅳ期12例,其中乳头状腺癌12例,滤泡癌6例,髓样癌2例,间变癌2例。甲状腺良性肿瘤32例,其中腺瘤23例,结节性甲状腺肿8例,乔本氏甲状腺炎1例。结果判定:男20~240ng/ml,女16~130ng/ml为正常值范围。结果1 甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者SF测定:①术前测定:男9例,SF平均值380.3ng/ml;女10例SF平均值 204.5ng/ml,均明显高于正常值范围(P_(男)<0.01,P_(女)<0.05)。②3例甲状腺术
To understand the value of serum ferritin (Sero-ferritin, SF for short) in the preoperative diagnosis of thyroid benign and malignant tumors, the SF radioimmunoassay kit manufactured by Shanghai Institute of Chemical Reagents was used to treat 54 patients with thyroid tumors in our hospital. The serum ferritin levels were detected. Of these, 51 were preoperatively and 3 were postoperatively treated with thyroid cancer. Age 14 to 78 years old, average 44 years old. There were 15 males and 39 females. There were 22 cases of thyroid malignancy, 3 cases of clinical stage II, 7 cases of stage III, 12 cases of stage IV, including 12 cases of papillary adenocarcinoma, 6 cases of follicular carcinoma, 2 cases of medullary carcinoma, and 2 cases of metastatic carcinoma. There were 32 benign thyroid tumors, including 23 adenomas, 8 nodular goiters, and 1 thyroiditis. The results were judged as follows: 20 to 240 ng/ml for males and 16 to 130 ng/ml for normal females.
