一、动物实验动物采用Wister普通大鼠,雌雄各半,体重160~180g,8~10周龄(中国医学科学院实验动物所提供)。二、瘤源 Walk256瘤株自中国医学科学院基础所病理室引进,用移植后8~10天的腹水瘤,调整到 1×10~8ml浓度的细胞数,用0.2ml瘤细胞悬液接种于每只大鼠右侧肩胛下,定期处死大鼠,进行组织学和血液流变学检查。三、实验分组实验组分为三组,(每组10只大鼠),分别于肿瘤接种后第6、11和16天各处理一组动物.另设二组(每组10只)未接种肿瘤的大鼠作为对照,先后于实验的始末作血液流变学指标测定。
First, animal experimental animals using ordinary Wistar rats, male and female, weight 160 ~ 180g, 8 to 10 weeks of age (Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Laboratory Animals provided by). 2. The tumor-derived Walk256 tumor strain was introduced from the Institute of Pathology, Institute of Basic Pathology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Eight to ten days after transplantation, ascites tumors were adjusted to a cell density of 1×10 to 8 ml and inoculated with 0.2 ml of tumor cell suspension. Only rats under the right shoulder, the rats were sacrificed regularly for histological and hemorheological examinations. Third, the experimental grouping consists of three experimental groups (10 rats in each group). One group of animals is treated on the 6th, 11th, and 16th days after tumor inoculation. Two groups (10 in each group) are not inoculated. The rats of the tumor served as controls, and hematological parameters were measured at the beginning and the end of the experiment.
