近年来,管理界把劳动力视为一种能动资源来看待,即人力资源。随着知识经济的来临,国际竞争日趋激烈,人力资源管理在企业管理中的作用越来越大。本文全面分析了目前国有企业人力资源管理的现状和存在的问题,并结合广东省委书记汪洋的《继续解放思想,坚持改革开放,努力争当实践科学发展观的排头兵》的讲话精神,对如何进行国有企业人力资源管理进行了深入的探讨,提出了解决问题的对策。
