我校自1996年以来开展了题为《小学课堂教学实施素质教育途径、方法研究》的教学科研活动,并将“主体、参与、发展”课堂教学模式做为研究重点,经过几年的科研实践,我们有了一些体会,即:上好一堂课的关键在于教师在课堂教学中必须充分尊重学生主体地位,在教师的主导作用下,将学生被动学习过程变为主动参与过程,让学生在参与中学习,在参与中获得主动发展。只有当学生具有良好的学习动机,当他们的认知和情感都卷入教学而实现自觉、自主的学习时,才能达到最优化的教学效果。
Since 1996, our school has carried out teaching and research activities entitled “Research on Approaches and Methods of Quality Education in Primary School Classroom Teaching”, focusing on the classroom teaching model of “subject, participation and development”. Only when students have a good motivation to learn, when their cognition and emotion are involved in teaching and realize conscious and independent study, can they achieve the optimal teaching effect.
