基于国内汽车行业的研发联盟企业数据,构建并验证了联盟契约控制对于研发联盟风险的作用机理,揭示了联盟成员共同信任对于联盟契约控制与研发联盟风险之间关系的部分中介效应。实证发现,联盟契约控制对于研发联盟风险具有显著负向影响;联盟成员共同信任对于研发联盟风险也具有显著负向影响;联盟成员共同信任对于联盟契约控制与研发联盟风险之间的关系具有部分中介效应,即联盟契约控制在直接负向影响研发联盟风险的同时,还会以联盟成员共同信任为中介变量而间接负向影响研发联盟风险。最后,基于以上发现提出了相应的管理启示。 Based on the R & D alliance data of domestic automobile industry, this paper constructs and verifies the mechanism of alliance contract control on R & D alliance risk and reveals some intermediary effects of alliance members’ common trust on the relationship between alliance contract control and R & D alliance risk. Empirical evidence shows that the alliance contract control has a significant negative impact on the R & D alliance risk. The alliance members ’common trust has a significant negative impact on R & D alliance risk. The alliance members’ mutual trust has partial intermediation between the alliance contract control and R & D alliance risk Effect that the alliance contract control directly affects negatively the R & D alliance risk while negatively affecting the alliance members’ mutual trust as the intermediate variable. Finally, based on the above findings, the corresponding management implications are proposed.
