This article discusses how to obtain the best signal-to-noise ratio for a preamplifier with a low source resistance infrared quantum detector, which is mainly the choice of the parameters of the input stage tube and the determination of the operating point current, and the best I_c Practical estimation formula. After analysis, several requirements for the pipe were clarified, especially when the pipe r_ (bb ’) of the low resistance source is smaller and the value of β_0 is smaller when it is smaller.
