本文阐述了用激光散斑干涉术测物体表面温度分布的基本理论与方法,并将激光散斑干涉法与常规热电偶法进行了对比,两种测量所得结果基本相同,但激光散斑干涉法对原温度场基本无干扰这一优点是常规热电偶法所无法做到的。
In this paper, the basic theories and methods of laser speckle interferometry for surface temperature distribution are described.
