在机修中,我们经常遇到多种多头螺纹的修配。一般都采用分齿法进行加工。虽然这种方法分头精度较高,但存在以下缺点:(1)分头数受到挂轮齿数的限制;(2)操作麻烦,分头时须将过桥齿轮与主动轮脱开;(3)采用记号,易出差错,浪费时间;(4)分齿时有一定误差。针对上述问题,我们在分齿法基础上进行了改进。即采用辅助分度环进行分头的方法,成功的解决了上述问题,利用移动排挡手柄配合操作,改进了脱开挂轮,数齿分头的方法,经过一年多的使用效果较好。

The use of a mobile gear lever cooperates with the operation to improve the way to separate the hanging gear and the gear teeth. After more than one year, the use effect is better.
