从1979年以来,我们在场州地区商业系统先后以长会短训,办训练班、互查交流等形式,培训会计1000多人次,其中新会计占一半左右。通过培训,使老会计提高了业务理论水平,增强了搞好会计工作的信心,使新会计学到了专业知识,懂得了会计工作应知应会的基本内容。我们的方法是: 一、培训在职会计要从实际需要出发,因人施教,不搞形式主义。1979年商业部要求整顿会计基础工作,地区食品公司系统针对会计基础工作存在的问题,对照商业部的要求,举办两期会计基础工作短训班,提高了对会计基础工作的认识,大大加强了会计基础工作。靖江县商业局针对推行经营责任制后,核算单位划小,会计人员需要增加的实际情况,于1981年3月至7月办了一个53人的会计训练班,由于培训对象是新手,时间安排稍长,内容较
