目的了解长寿区城乡儿童蛲虫感染情况及主要流行危害因素。方法在辖区范围按东、西、南、北、中各抽1个街镇的1所幼儿园和1所小学,设检查点,每点检查儿童150人,共750人,采用圆底试管透明胶纸肛拭法连续三采样,镜检蛲虫卵;通过调查表方式进行蛲虫主要流行危害因素调查,同时对感染率最高街镇幼儿园老师和学生家长,采用牛皮纸圆孔透明胶纸肛拭检查蛲虫卵。结果此次共调查3~12岁儿童750人,总感染率为12.1%。男372人、女378人,感染率分别为10.8%和13.5%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3~12岁年龄组均有感染,其中6周岁组儿童感染率最高为26.7%,各年龄组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各街镇感染率从0%~21.3%不等,各街镇感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);城区儿童150人和农村儿童600人,其感染率分别为0%和15.2%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);儿童家长及老师蛲虫调查,均无阳性发现。结论重庆市长寿区儿童蛲虫感染率较高,其中农村儿童蛲虫感染率明显高于城区幼儿,饭前是否洗手是蛲虫感染的主要危险因素。
Objective To understand the prevalence and prevalence of pinworm in urban and rural areas in Changshou District. Conclusion The prevalence of pinworm in Changshou District of Chongqing City is high, and the prevalence of pinworm in rural area is significantly higher than that in urban area. Washing hand before the meal is the main risk factor for pinworm infection.
