世界经济一体化的形成,需要培养国际化创新型人才。济宁职业技术学院以“中韩视光班”形式进行国际化创新型人才培养实践,积极探索现代学徒制,实施“五证递进,专本贯通”的人才培养模式,构建国际化人才培养体系,提高师生国际视野,增强创新能力。与韩国乙支大学合作共建的中韩视光班成为我院招生亮点,为我院人才培养模式的改革积累了经验,也为我院乃至同类院校中其他专业培养国际化创新型人才起到了示范引领作用。
