本文详细分析了影响车钩运动轨迹的各种因素以及诸因素中有关卸荷弹簧刚度及其预紧力的合理选择。建立了车钩运动轨迹计算机仿真计算模型。根据C_(63A)的新车和旧车,通过仿真计算与分析,提出了翻卸单元列车翻车机回转中心至轨面高度的最佳取值范围,为我国自行设计翻车机提供了理论依据。
This paper analyzes in detail the various factors that affect the trajectory of the coupler as well as the reasonable choice of the unloading spring stiffness and its pre-tightening force among the various factors. The computer simulation calculation model of the coupler locus is established. According to C_ (63A) new car and old car, the best value range of turning center to rail surface height of tipping unit of tipping unit is proposed through simulation calculation and analysis, which provides a theoretical basis for our country to design tipping machine by ourselves.
