目的 :研制甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯 (HEMA) 胶原抗菌药物缓释膜 ,考察其各项性能 ,为进一步应用于临床奠定基础。方法 :制备包裹有磺胺嘧啶银 (SD Ag)的HEMA 胶原抗菌药物缓释膜 ,测定膜的物理特性、载药量和包裹率等 ,并采用动态透析法考察体外药物释放特性。结果 :制备后得到乳白色半透明状、均匀有弹性的凝胶膜状物。平均载药率为 4.97% ,平均包裹率为 99.3 4%。体外 4h内释放接近 5 0 %的SD Ag ,8h内释放近70 % ,48h释放 99%以上的药物。结论 :此制备方法简单快速 ,成膜性好。HEMA 胶原抗菌药物缓释膜的体外累积释放量测定结果明显好于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。
OBJECTIVE: To develop an antimicrobial drug sustained-release film of hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) collagen and study its properties to lay the foundation for further clinical application. METHODS: HEMA collagen antimicrobial drug sustained-release membrane coated with SD Ag was prepared and the physical properties, drug loading and encapsulation efficiency of the membrane were measured. The drug release characteristics of the drug were investigated by dynamic dialysis. Results: The milky white translucent gel film was obtained after preparation. The average drug loading rate was 4.97%, the average package rate was 99.3 4%. Approximately 50% SD Ag was released within 4 h in vitro, nearly 70% released in 8 h and 99% released in 48 h. Conclusion: The preparation method is simple and rapid, good film-forming. The cumulative release of HEMA collagen antibacterial drug sustained-release membrane in vitro was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.01).
