关于痰饮丸的补脾作用,我们已报告了痰饮丸对ccl_4中毒动物肝、胰及胃肠的影响,并初步探讨了“脾主运化”。本文主要报告痰饮丸对脾脏的影响,对胸腺淋巴结和末梢血也作了部份观察,并初步探讨“脾主卫”。材料和方法一、急性CCl_4中毒实验:615近交系小鼠26只、豚鼠63只,昆明鼠20只及家兔40只,各分为正常、对照及痰饮丸三组。喂药及注射CCl_4等实验方法详见(1)。动物处死后,取部份脾脏作石腊切片,甲绿派洛宁(MGP)染色;取部份脾脏、胸腺及肠系膜淋巴结,分别制成细胞悬液,涂片,酸性α醋酸萘酯酶
With regard to the spleen-enhancing effect of wolfberry pills, we have reported the effects of wolfberry pills on the liver, pancreas, and gastrointestinal tract in animals with ccl_4 poisoning, and we have initially discussed the principle of spleen transport. This article mainly reports the effect of wolfberry pills on the spleen, and also makes some observations on thymic lymph nodes and peripheral blood, and initially discusses the “main spleen of the spleen”. Materials and Methods 1. Acute CCl_4 poisoning experiment: 615 inbred mice 26, guinea pigs 63, Kunming mice 20 and rabbits 40, each divided into normal, control and Qiyin pill three groups. See (1) for details of experimental methods such as feeding and injection of CCl_4. After the animals were sacrificed, some spleens were taken as paraffin sections and stained with MGP; some spleen, thymus, and mesenteric lymph nodes were harvested and made into cell suspensions, smears, and acid alpha-naphthylacetatease.
