田径运动素有“运动之母”“运动之源”的美称,它作为体育运动的一部分,深受广大青少年的喜爱,但是,田径运动作为一种竞速类体育项目,它同时考验运动员的速度与耐力,需要参与者有极好的身体素质,即,运动员要有良好的体能条件作为参与田径运动的支撑。本文通过资料收集、文献检索、调查走访、数据统计、逻辑分析等研究方法调查了我国目前学校田径运动体能训练的现状,发现了诸多不足之处,并在理论与实际相结合的基础上提出了提高田径体能训练效率的方法,希望本文能给广大读者以及相关体育教学机构的项目改革等提供借鉴和建议。
Athletics is known as “the mother of sports” and “the source of sports”. As a part of sports, it is deeply loved by many teenagers. However, as a kind of racing sports, track and field athletics Test the speed and endurance of athletes, participants need excellent physical fitness, that is, athletes should have good physical conditions as a support for track and field participation. This paper investigates the current situation of physical training in current track and field athletics in our country through data collection, literature search, survey visits, data statistics and logical analysis, and finds out many shortcomings. Based on the combination of theory and practice, Improve the efficiency of track and field physical training methods, I hope this article can give readers and related sports teaching institutions such as the project to provide reference and suggestions.
