低地板车弹性联轴器力学性能试验设计及应用

针对低地板车转向架弹性联轴器力学性能试验,介绍了轨道车辆弹性联轴器的结构及驱动方式,设计联轴器轴向、径向、扭转和疲劳试验方案并进行试验,研究了直接和间接测试方式、单件和组对方式对扭转刚度以及不同补偿位移对疲劳性能的影响.结果 表明,试验设计满足要求,直接测量和间接测试结果基本一致,组对刚度是单件刚度的60%,补偿位移对疲劳性能影响不明显.
