本文是对芯型弹性联轴器进行台架试验的试验报告,通过在不同角向偏移、径向偏移值时联轴器的负载试验,反映了不同偏移对联轴器寿命的影响. 由试验得出的初步结论,反映了该联轴器性能并能据此正确确定联轴器的允许偏移值.本试验为机械电子工业部标准化研究所制订芯型弹性联轴器国家标准所确定的试验项目.
In this paper, a test report on bench test of core-type elastic coupling was carried out. The load test of coupling at different angular offset and radial offset reflects the influence of different offset on the service life of the coupling. The preliminary conclusions obtained from the test reflect the performance of the coupling and can correctly determine the allowable offset value of the coupling according to this test.This test is to establish the national standard of core type elastic coupling for the Institute of Standardization of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronic Industry Determine the pilot project.
