目的为探索寿星宝冲剂对延缓衰老的作用机制。方法采用60Coγ射线照射Wistar大鼠制作“虚—瘀”证的模型,并设寿星宝治疗组、亚硫酸钠阳性对照组和空白对照组。观察各组血清脂质过氧化物(LPO,Lipidperoxide)的含量及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD,Superoxidedismutas)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—px,Glutathioneperoxidase)、过氧化氢酶(CAT,Catate)、过氧化物酶(POD,peroxidase)的活性。结果(1)60coγ射线照射可致各组大鼠LPO含量明显升高(P<0.01),SODGSH-PXCATPOD活性明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);(2)寿星宝能改善“虚-瘀”的症状,并可明显降低LPO含量(P<0.01),提高SOD、GSH-PX、CAT,POD各酶活性,(P<0.05,P<0.01),且与亚硫酸钠组作用相近(P>0.05)。结论寿星宝可通过提高机体内清除自由基的酶的活性而达到抗氧化、清除自由基、对抗辐射损伤的目的。
The purpose is to explore the mechanism of Shouxingbao granules on anti-aging. METHODS: Wistar rats were irradiated with 60Co γ-rays to make a model of “Xu-Zi” syndrome. The treatment group of Shou-Xing-Bao, the control group of sodium sulfite and the control group were established. The levels of serum lipid peroxide (LPO, Lipid peroxide), redox superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px, Glutathione peroxidase), and catalase were observed in each group. CAT, Catate, Peroxidase (POD, peroxidase) activity. Results (1) 60Co γ-irradiation could increase LPO content in all groups significantly (P<0.01), SODGSH-PXCATPOD activity decreased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01); (2) Longevity Baoneng can improve the symptoms of “deficiency-deficiency” and significantly reduce the content of LPO (P<0.01), and increase the activities of SOD, GSH-PX, CAT, and POD (P<0.05, P<0. 01), and similar to sodium sulfite group (P>0.05). Conclusion Shouxingbao can achieve the goal of anti-oxidation, scavenging free radicals and fighting radiation damage by increasing the activity of enzymes that scavenge free radicals in the body.
