目的:观察~(60)Coγ射线对大鼠涎腺功能及形态学影响。方法:取成年雄性SD大鼠48只随机分为实验组和对照组各4组,每组各6只。实验组大鼠给予一次性~(60)Coγ射线照射头颈部后,每6 d称重,并分别于1、4、8、12周后,取全血以观察其全身情况,及唾液、腮腺组织以观察涎腺功能、形态学变化。结果:经~(60)Coγ18 Gy照射后,大鼠体重第6 d左右降到最低后逐渐增加;1周后白细胞计数明显升高,红细胞计数及血红蛋白略有升高,随后各项指标均回归至正常值范围内。唾液流量及唾液淀粉酶含量虽较对照组明显降低,但有增加趋势(P<0.05)。与对照组相比较,实验组腮腺腺泡均有变小趋势,腮腺组织中AQP5表达量随时间呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论:~(60)Coγ射线18Gy放射后对大鼠涎腺功能及形态变化明显。
Objective: To observe the effects of ~ (60) Coγ-rays on the function and morphology of salivary glands in rats. Methods: Forty-eight adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 4 rats in each group. The rats in experiment group were given 60Coγray irradiation and the head and neck were weighed every 6 days. After 1, 4, 8 and 12 weeks, the whole blood was taken to observe the whole body condition and saliva, Parotid gland to observe salivary gland function, morphological changes. Results: After 60 Gy Coγ18 Gy irradiation, the body weight of rats decreased to the lowest on the 6th day and then gradually increased. After 1 week, the white blood cell count was significantly increased, the erythrocyte count and hemoglobin slightly increased, and then all the indexes returned To normal range. Saliva flow and saliva amylase content was significantly lower than the control group, but an increasing trend (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the parotid acini in the experimental group tended to decrease. The expression of AQP5 in the parotid gland was negatively correlated with time (P <0.05). Conclusion: The function and morphological changes of salivary glands in rats after ~ (60) Coγ-ray irradiation are obvious.
