随着我国经济的发展,公路工程项目建设越来越多。在工程项目建设过程中有效的进行成本管理与控制,能够节约工程项目支出,提高施工企业的经济效益。本文就公路工程施工中如何对成本进行有效的管理与控制提出了自己的观点。
With the economic development of our country, more and more road projects are being constructed. Effective cost management and control during the construction of the project can save construction project expenditures and improve the economic benefits of construction enterprises. This article puts forward my own views on how to manage and control the cost effectively in highway construction.
