我校少先队紧密围绕“魅力赏识”这一学校特色,扎实开展快乐争章活动。校本特色“大拇指奖章”活动独树一帜。一、做调查找原因在争章的过程中,我们的大队委员发现,争章活动只浮于表面,队员对于争章兴致缺失。为此,我们在全校开展了关于少先队雏鹰争章活动的抽样调查。在调查中发现,29%的队员不知道怎么争,46%的队员选择没有相应的活动配合,25%是对章目不感兴趣。如此具有冲击力的数据让我们意识到了争章缺乏吸引力的原因:我们的争章活动没有队员喜闻乐见的活动作为载体。提高争章对队员们的吸引力,我们该怎么做?
