日前发布的《教师蓝皮书:中国中小学教师发展报告(2014)》指出,从绝对数值来看,北京市中小学教师工资水平在2012年已经成为全国最高,但从实际水平及其职业吸引力来看却并不算高。通过2012年的研究发现,我国教师工资水平在全行业间处于中下位置,而北京市中小学教师工资相对水平则更低,教师职业缺乏吸引力和竞争力。(《京华时报》7月1日)
