提要采用高温(50℃-70℃)射频治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)184例,其Ⅰ度增生24例,Ⅱ度增生52例,Ⅲ度增生108例。根据MedseinScoro评分法,总有效率92%,其中显效145例(79%),有效24例(13%),无效15例(8%)。2例射频后手术标本病检示:局部组织坏死。结论:高温射频
Abstract 184 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were treated with high temperature (50 ℃ -70 ℃) radiofrequency. There were 24 cases of degree Ⅰ hyperplasia, 52 cases of degree Ⅱ hyperplasia and 108 cases of degree Ⅲ hyperplasia. According to the MedseinScoro score, the total effective rate was 92%, of which 145 (79%) were markedly effective, 24 (13%) effective and 15 (8%) ineffective. 2 cases of radio frequency surgical specimen examination: local tissue necrosis.
