在合金、矿石中,铅、铋、铜、铁等元素常共存,相互干扰它们的测定。本文利用Pb~(2+)、Bi~(3+)在盐酸-氯化钠体系中的紫外吸收,用四阶导数消除Fe~(3+)和Cu~(2+)的干扰,对纯锡中铅、铋进行同时测定,结果满意。实验部分 1.试剂及仪器:UV-3000型分光光度计(日本岛津)。本文所用试剂均为分析纯试剂。铅、铋标准溶液:1mg/ml(3MHCl介质)。 2.仪器参数:狭缝:1nm;扫描速度:50nm/min,横轴放大因子:20nm/cm。
In the alloy, ore, lead, bismuth, copper, iron and other elements often co-exist, interfere with their determination of each other. In this paper, the interference of Fe ~ (3+) and Cu ~ (2+) was eliminated by the fourth derivative using the UV absorption of Pb ~ (2 +) and Bi ~ (3+) in HCl-NaCl system. Tin in lead, bismuth at the same time determination, the results are satisfactory. Experimental part 1. Reagents and instruments: UV-3000 spectrophotometer (Shimadzu). Reagents used in this article are analytical reagents. Lead, bismuth standard solution: 1mg / ml (3MHCl medium). 2. Instrument parameters: slit: 1nm; scanning speed: 50nm / min, horizontal axis magnification factor: 20nm / cm.
