采用珩磨工艺“调整”新活塞环在英国Wellworthy公司已实行多年。活塞环珩磨,就是将新制活塞环在使用前利用假汽缸作适当“调正”的一种珩磨加工,以便大大缩短柴油机新活塞环的磨合时间。
New honing rings have been “adjusted” by the honing process for years at Wellworthy in the UK. Piston ring honing, is to use the new piston ring prior to the use of fake cylinder for “correct” a honing process, in order to greatly shorten the running time of the new piston ring of diesel engine.
