近些年,我国高职院校已经进入飞速发展的阶段,而与企业的深入合作,正是高职院校办学特色的体现。学校与企业深入合作,实现校企资源共享不仅有利于职业院校丰富教学资源、了解企业需求、培养企业生产实践所需人材,同时也有利于企业定向培养优秀员工、整合高职院校教学资源等,可以说是互利互惠、优势互补、互助共赢的良好模式。但是,由于企事业单位工作模式等的差异,校企在信息沟通方面仍然存在瓶颈,企业不能很好的了解院校的资源、科研能力,院校也不能了解企业愿意向院校开放的资源。因此,高职院校校企资源共享平台的建设当前是迫切的和必要的。

Enterprises can not have a good understanding of the resources and scientific research ability of colleges and universities, and institutions can not understand the resources that enterprises are willing to open to institutions. Therefore, the construction of the school-enterprise resource sharing platform in vocational colleges is urgent and necessary.
