目的:比较超临界CO2流体萃取和水蒸气蒸馏法所提箭秆风挥发油化学成分差异。方法:运用GC-MS对箭秆风挥发油成分进行分析,用气相色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。结果:超临界CO2流体萃取法提取的挥发油鉴定出26种成分,水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发油鉴定出33个成分,两者共有成分5个。结论:两种方法提取的挥发油成分相差较大。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the chemical constituents of volatile oils from arrowhead wind extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction and steam distillation. Methods: The components of volatile oil from Arrowwort were analyzed by GC-MS. The relative contents of each component were determined by gas chromatography peak area normalization. Results: Twenty-six components were identified from the volatile oil extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction. The volatile oil extracted by steam distillation identified 33 components with a total of 5 components. Conclusion: The volatile oil components extracted by the two methods differ greatly.
