My mother often said, “Eat the fish, it’s food for the brain.” She’s not a nutritionist, but a folklore about food that has been widely circulated since ancient times. Judith Watman of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology is a nutritionist. When her daughter worked diligently to attend the important exams, Judith called her to eat tuna and make her mind flexible; when she was traveling, she always took tuna canned snacks.
