目前我国高中学生的身体素质连续呈现下降的趋势,而造成这一现象的原因有很多,同时也很复杂。但是在客观上来讲,如果提高高中学生的身体素质依靠体育教学工作仍然是有很大的上升空间。如今,针对提高高中生身体健康的体育教学改革在不断地进行研究,但是在很大程度上收到了学生体质健康数据的检测手段的限制,使得高校的体育教学改革工作面临着很大的制约和限制。本文将对功能性动作分析筛查在高中体育教学中的启示进行简单的浅谈。
At present, the physical quality of high school students in our country shows a continuous downward trend, and there are many reasons for this phenomenon, but also very complicated. However, objectively speaking, if we improve the physical quality of high school students relying on physical education, there is still much room for improvement. Nowadays, the reform of PE teaching aimed at improving the health of high school students is constantly underway. However, to a large extent, the limitations of the testing methods of students’ physical health data have been confronted, which makes the physical education reform in colleges and universities face a lot of constraints limit. This article will brief on the inspiration of functional motor analysis in high school PE teaching.
