对无掺混孔三级旋流器燃烧室进行了不同进口空气速度和油气比下的热态试验研究,研究结果表明:随着进口空气速度的增加,点火油气比从0.011 5增大到0.017 4,贫油熄火油气比大多在0.005以下且变化不大;同一油气比下,进口空气速度越低,燃烧效率越高;各工况下的燃烧效率均在0.895以上,大状态点的出口温度分布系数均在0.1左右;综合考虑各燃烧性能,试验结果验证了对于高油气比燃烧室而言取消掺混孔的可行性和所提出的几个技术创新的可行性.
The experimental results of thermal state at different inlet air velocities and the ratio of oil to gas in the non-mixing hole three-stage cyclone combustion chamber show that with the increase of inlet air velocity, the ratio of ignition oil to gas increases from 0.011 5 to 0.017 4, the lean-burnout gas-oil ratio is mostly below 0.005 and little change; the same gas-oil ratio, the lower the inlet air speed, the higher the combustion efficiency; combustion efficiency of each condition are above 0.895, the exit point of large state point temperature The distribution coefficients are all around 0.1. Considering all the combustion performances, the test results verify the feasibility of eliminating the mixing holes for the high oil gas ratio combustor and the feasibility of several technological innovations.
