目的评价计算机模拟系统对骨性安氏Ⅲ类错畸形正颌术前预测的准确性及其临床应用价值。方法选择2011年1月至2013年1月到沈阳市口腔医院及中国医科大学附属口腔医院口腔颌面外科就诊的骨性安氏Ⅲ类错畸形患者30例,所有患者均拍摄术前、术后CT。利用计算机模拟系统模拟手术和面像预测,并与术后实际效果进行比较。结果 30例患者模拟预测与实际结果比较,所有软、硬组织测量参数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论计算机模拟系统能够整合大量医学影像信息,直观模拟手术并预测手术后软、硬组织的变化,可为骨性安氏Ⅲ类错畸形患者正颌手术设计个体化最佳方案提供实用有效的技术及依据。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy and clinical value of computer simulation of orthognathic prognosis in patients with skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion. Methods From January 2011 to January 2013, 30 patients with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion were enrolled in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Shenyang Stomatological Hospital and the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of China Medical University. All patients underwent surgery before surgery After CT. Computer simulation system was used to simulate the operation and face image prediction, and compared with the actual results. Results Compared with the actual results, there was no significant difference in the measured parameters of all the soft and hard tissues among the 30 patients (P> 0.05). Conclusion The computer simulation system can integrate a large number of medical imaging information, directly simulate the operation and predict the change of the soft and hard tissues after the operation, and provide a practical and effective method for designing the best individualized scheme of orthognathic surgery in patients with skeletal class III malocclusion Technology and basis.
