钽的定量分析,多采用光度法和重量法,这些方法均须事先进行钽铌纸上色层分离,手续冗长。本文利用钽离子选择性电极对钨中钽的测定进行了探讨,提出用K_3Fe(CN)_6-KOH溶液分解试样,在HF(0.6N)-H_2SO_4 0.9N体系的直接测定的方法。方法简单,检测下限为5×10~(-3)%,相对标准偏差在10%以内。实验部分一试剂及仪器铁氰化钾溶液:(0.50M);氢氧化钾溶液:30%。钽标准溶液:纯钽粉在铂坩埚中氢氟酸分解(或采用Ta_2O_5碱熔)配制成1000μg ml~(-1)、100μg ml~(-1)、10μg ml~(-1)等标准系列。 PVC膜钽离子选性电极(上海冶金所) 饱和甘汞电极:217型甘汞电极外接塑料套管4%琼脂盐桥。
Quantitative analysis of tantalum, and more use of photometry and gravimetric methods, these methods have to be tantalum niobium paper color separation, lengthy procedures. In this paper, the determination of tantalum in tungsten by tantalum ion selective electrode was discussed. The direct determination method of tantalum in tungsten (0.6N) -H_2SO_4 0.9N was proposed by using K_3Fe (CN) _6-KOH solution to decompose the sample. The method is simple, the detection limit is 5 × 10 -3%, and the relative standard deviation is within 10%. Tantalum Standard Solution: Pure tantalum powder is dissolved in hydrofluoric acid (or Ta 2 O 5 alkali melt) in platinum crucible to prepare standard series of 1000μg ml -1, 100μg ml -1, 10μg ml -1, .
