一、问题的提出校本教研是扎根于学校,以教师为主体,以教育教学中的问题为研究对象,以促进师生共同发展为主要目的,致力于解决教师在教育教学过程中遇到的真实问题,提高教育教学质量,推动学校发展的必由之路。为此,通过《贺兰一小校本教研的实践研究》这一课题,对学校当前校本教研现状进行分析,完善校本教研制度,探索出符合学校实际的校本教研形式与内容,提升教师教科研能力,促进学校教科研队伍的壮大,促使学生全面发展及学校内涵发展。
