目的观察微柱凝胶免疫分析技术(MGIA)检测新生儿免疫性血小板减少症(NITP)自身抗体的应用效果。方法应用MGIA和固相凝集法平行检测145例新生儿血小板减少患儿(及阳性患儿母亲)的自身抗体,比较两种方法检测结果的差异。结果 MGIA检测145例患儿自身抗体阳性14例,阳性率9.66%;固相凝集法检测阳性14例,阳性率9.66%,二者结果一致。MGIA检测14例阳性患儿母亲自身抗体的阳性率100.00%高于固相凝集法检测14例阳性患儿母亲自身抗体的阳性率57.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MGIA方法对NITP自身抗体的检测灵敏度高,且操作简单、易于标准化,有利于NITP的鉴别诊断和早期制定针对性治疗方案。
Objective To observe the effect of microcolumn gel immunoassay (MGIA) on the detection of autoantibodies against neonatal immune thrombocytopenia (NITP). Methods The autoantibodies of 145 neonates with thrombocytopenia (and their mothers) were detected in parallel using MGIA and solid-phase agglutination. The differences between the two methods were compared. Results The MGIA detected 145 cases of autoantibodies positive in 14 cases, the positive rate of 9.66%; solid-phase agglutination test in 14 cases, the positive rate of 9.66%, the two results are consistent. The positive rate of maternal autoantibodies detected by MGIA was 100.00% in 14 cases of positive maternal children than that of 14 cases of positive maternal autoantibodies detected by solid phase agglutination (57.14%). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The MGIA method is sensitive to the detection of NITP autoantibodies and is simple to operate and easy to standardize. It is good for the differential diagnosis of NITP and the early development of targeted treatment regimens.
