目的:了解市售海虾类副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus,VP)污染状况,为浙江省预防控制副溶血性弧菌食源性疾病提供技术支撑。方法:选择夏冬两个季节,从杭州市15个农贸市场采集基围虾、明虾、白虾。采用MPN法定量检测副溶血性弧菌,参照GB/T4789.7-2008方法分离、鉴定副溶血性弧菌,采用血清凝集试验对菌株进行血清型分析。结果:78件海虾74件检出副溶血性弧菌,副溶血性弧菌检出率高达94.9%。不同的季节其检出率无显著差异(P>0.05),但夏季副溶血性弧菌的污染浓度显著高于冬季(P<0.001);血清群集中在O1、O5、O11,三个血清型共占总分离菌株数的51.3%。多种O抗原群副溶血性弧菌混合污染情况夏季明显高于冬季(P<0.005)。结论:本省市售虾类副溶血性弧菌污染情况十分严重,夏季尤其突出,因此加强市售海虾类副溶血性弧菌的监测,对控制副溶血性弧菌食物中毒或食源性疾病发生有着重要的意义。
Objective: To understand the pollution status of commercially available shrimp Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP) and provide technical support for the prevention and control of foodborne diseases of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Zhejiang Province. Methods: Two seasons of summer and winter were selected, collecting shrimp, prawn and white shrimp from 15 farmer’s markets in Hangzhou. Vibrio parahaemolyticus was quantitatively detected by MPN method. Vibrio parahaemolyticus was isolated and identified by reference to GB / T4789.7-2008. The serotypes of strains were analyzed by serum agglutination test. Results: 74 samples of 78 shrimp were detected. Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected. The detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was as high as 94.9%. (P> 0.05). However, the concentration of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in summer was significantly higher than that in winter (P <0.001). The serogroups were concentrated in O1, O5, O11 and three serotypes The total number of isolates accounted for 51.3%. The mixed contamination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus with various O antigen groups was significantly higher in summer than in winter (P <0.005). CONCLUSIONS: The contamination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus on the market in this province is very serious, especially in summer. Therefore, the surveillance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in commercial shrimp market should be strengthened, and the control of Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning or foodborne The occurrence of the disease is of great importance.
