目的:比较Bego种植体非埋入式术式与埋入式术式的疗效差别。方法:以79名后牙区牙列缺损种植修复患者为研究对象,共植入93颗种植体。按照植入时的扭矩分组,<20 N.cm者为A组(空白对照组),采用常规埋入式术式愈合;>20 N.cm者随机分配到B组(埋入术式组)和C组(非埋入术式组),在修复前用种植体稳定性测量仪测试种植体的ISQ值(共振频率分析)。结果:埋入术式组和非埋入术式组在修复前测量的ISQ值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在完成修复12月的观察期内93颗种植体均使用良好。结论:骨水平种植体在植入扭矩满足要求的情况下,非埋入式术式缩短了疗程,减少创伤,是理想的选择方案。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy of Bego implants with non-submerged surgeries. Methods: A total of 93 implants were implanted in 79 patients with posterior dentition defect. In accordance with the torque grouping at implantation, <20 N.cmc group A (blank control group), healed by conventional burying operation;> 20 N.cmc group were randomly assigned to group B (burying group) And group C (non-burial group). The implant ISQ value (resonance frequency analysis) was tested with the implant stability meter before repair. Results: There was no significant difference in the ISQ values measured before repair between the embedding group and the non-embedding group (P> 0.05). 93 implants were well used during the December observation period. Conclusion: In the case of implanting bone-level implants, the non-invasive surgical procedure can shorten the course of treatment and reduce the trauma when the implant torque meets the requirements. This is the ideal choice.
