In this paper, the application of matrix modification technology in graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is reviewed. A new method of matrix modification for the determination of valence antimony in tellurium and water in blood lead, soil, food and vegetables by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is proposed. The research report I used platinum as a matrix modifier for the absorption of graphite furnace atoms, and established a new method for direct determination of lead in blood. Proof of work, the ashing temperature is below 600 ℃, even if the use of deuterium arc lamp, it can not be completely subtracted from the background absorption, if above 600 ℃ lead lead gray
