青少年的健康成长是关系国家和民族命运的大事,重新认识时下中小学校体育活动的开展情况、破解其中的难题,对未来发展有着重要意义。随着中小学生学习竞争的激烈,大部分孩子把提高和维持体质的方式仅停留在每周不多的体育课上,这远远是不够的。以“健康第一”为指导思想的前提下,如何创新思路,汲取中国传统养生智慧与现代中医养生理念,探索帮助青少年实现身心健康发展及认智能力提高的科学理念、有效途径和操作办法,是值得深入研究的重要课题。
