本文使用时间响应法测量8~14μm红外探测器响应时间。产生的电脉冲上升时间小于1.5ns。红外探测器直接接入示波器,可在示波器上观察其响应时间。该方法具有测量简便、迅速和直观等优点。
In this paper, the response time of 8 ~ 14μm infrared detector is measured by time response method. The resulting electrical pulse rise time is less than 1.5ns. The infrared detector is directly connected to the oscilloscope and its response time can be observed on the oscilloscope. The method has the advantages of simple, rapid and intuitive measurement.
