社会经济的快速发展对教育事业提出了更高的要求,对教师专业素质的要求也日益严格。新课程背景下,提出教师必须具备课程意识,这就需要教师转变传统教学理念,对教学课程的特征以及规律进行全新的思考和认识。本文阐述了高职教师课程意识构建的重要性,分析了构建课程意识过程中教师心理变化,并提出相应改进措施。
The rapid socio-economic development has set higher demands on education and the demands on teachers’ professional qualifications have also become increasingly stringent. Under the background of new curriculum, it is suggested that teachers must possess curriculum awareness, which requires teachers to change traditional teaching concepts and conduct new thinking and cognition of the characteristics and laws of teaching curriculum. This article expounds the importance of constructing the curriculum awareness of higher vocational teachers, analyzes the psychological changes of teachers in the course of constructing curriculum awareness, and puts forward some corresponding improvement measures.
