目的:探讨SUT型超声扫描治疗仪联合阿托伐他汀治疗颈动脉斑块及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的疗效。方法:选取颈动脉彩色超声检查证实有颈动脉斑块的240例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为2组。对照组120例单用阿托伐他汀治疗,联合组120例接受SUT型超声扫描仪联合阿托伐他汀治疗。观察并对比2组治疗前、治疗后3个月和6个月颈动脉斑块性质、颈动脉斑块面积变化及LDL水平的变化。结果:联合组患者治疗6个月后颈动脉斑块性质趋于稳定、颈动脉斑块明显缩小、LDL明显下降(P<0.01)。2组治疗6个月后,颈动脉斑块面积和LDL水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:SUT型超声扫描治疗仪联合阿托伐他汀治疗颈动脉斑块,可使颈动脉斑块稳定和缩小,有效地降低LDL。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of SUT ultrasonic scanning instrument combined with atorvastatin on carotid artery plaque and low density lipoprotein (LDL). Methods: A total of 240 patients with carotid artery plaque confirmed by carotid color ultrasonography were divided into two groups according to random number table. 120 cases in the control group were treated with atorvastatin alone and 120 cases in the combined group were treated with SUT ultrasound scanner combined with atorvastatin. The changes of carotid plaque properties, carotid plaque area changes and LDL levels were observed and compared before treatment, 3 months and 6 months after treatment. Results: The carotid plaques tended to be stable after 6 months of treatment. The carotid artery plaque was significantly reduced and the LDL was significantly decreased (P <0.01). After 6 months of treatment, carotid plaque area and LDL level had statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion: SUT-based ultrasound scanner combined with atorvastatin treatment of carotid plaque can stabilize and reduce the carotid plaque, effectively reducing LDL.
